favourite things
when i am feeling low, when i have had a long day, when i need a smile put back in place i try some of my favourite things...chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate topping, yellow carnations, the sea shore, a friend's smile,an unexpected mail, a long afternoon nap... and then i don't feel so low...

have you heard of an 'anchor" ?Eg a song which stirs the same emotions everytime u listen to it?When we feel low an anchor can be pretty useful.Even chanting is like anchoring.Hope u feel fine soon

Rejuvenation...Sleep..dat'll get u goin..Or else..wat I do is go for a ride on my bike..and wen I approach a lonely overbridge I spread my arms and feel the wind flowing through my wings..Dat sets me rite :)..
