every once in a while someone new walks into our lives? and they ask us..who are you? a question that sounds so simple yet takes a life time to answer ...self discovery as the philosopher would call it or identity as the detective would describe it...is it really that simple? pause..think..ask yourself today "who are you?" lets start that as a all new tag...and i tag all my sincere readers...

moving on,silently we surrender to reality and move on ...destiny chooses and plans -we accept. as we move on we reorient our dreams and step out again ready to fight the battle of time.faith is my strength and will always be.

i don't know why i wish to write this today ..i do not know if its just the availability of time or a desire to write...i paused ..i turned and looked over my shoulder a shadow followed me ...have u changed it asked? ...hmmm...the child in me is beginning to grow up, i miss those days but i love my present; i yearn for the past but i do not wish to give up this moment ..for through hardwork and perseverance and also with blessings and love i have built a world -"my own" ....

favourite things

when i am feeling low, when i have had a long day, when i need a smile put back in place i try some of my favourite things...chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate topping, yellow carnations, the sea shore, a friend's smile,an unexpected mail, a long afternoon nap... and then i don't feel so low...

dreams

what color are dreams? sapphire like the serenity of the ocean or the saffron that fills the sky when the sun sets over the horizon or the rainbow that brings a smile on every face..what color are dreams?

as we walked through the shady lanes and felt the joy of escaping from the real world, i thought we feel so good escaping from the world that we create with so much effort..what an irony?

beautiful long weekend and we set out on a shopping venture but of all the shoopping we did the one we all enjoyed the most was "sock shopping" ..the entire shop selling socks and we enjoyed the experience of picking clors ,types and prices....so sock shopping can be pretty adventurous..
